ASE camera systems and monitoring equipment monitor power stations and production lines such as filling systems, mixing processes, high bay storage, silos and printing machines. Any irregularities are detected, analysed, recorded and stored in real time and a defined alarm and response procedure is initiated. This is another instance where ASE’s holistic approach proves itself, from needs analysis, planning and software programming to the installation of camera systems, commissioning and system maintenance. Two-way communication with the control centres of leading manufacturers (e.g. Siemens PCS/7, ABB MAS 3002, Industrial IT, Emerson DELTA V, VA TECH, SAT230 and Foxboro Ivensys) opens up new possibilities in process monitoring.
